Hello!

I am looking for recommendations on **non-fiction** books that talk human being’s relationship with death throughout history and how we as individuals deal with death now. Specifically a cultural analysis about how different societies have/currently deal with death and dying. I would also like recommendations for books that talk about how to get closer to being okay with death as a person and as a society, if that makes sense? Not so much accepting my own mortality, but how we as a community can learn to celebrate and/or appreciate a well-lived life and not separate ourselves from death so much.

I hope that made sense, please let me know if more specifications are needed. Thank you!
