I’m not usually one for spiritual tinged books but I found The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz to be helpful in interpersonal relationships and how I relate to others.

I love Power Listening by Bernard T. Ferrari. It’s primarily about how listening benefits in professional context, but I find it is also applicable to personal relationships.
