Hi,
I was hoping for recs that are historical fiction similar to the Cicero trilogy by Robert Harris.
Fictional but mostly accurate telling of historical figures.
I’ve read the other Robert Harris books.
Would especially like one of Julius Ceasar perspective but really any is great.
Edit . Dosent have to be Roman empire 🙂

I Claudius by Robert Graves similarly looks at the Roman Empire through the people living within it
Steven Sayler: Roman Blood – Cicero solves a mystery (based on an actual court case he pleaded)
In non-fiction, Michael Grant: Julius Caesar is decent.
Don’t go Conn Igulden – his books make Brutus a same-aged friend of his, which is historically twaddle.
Some other historical fiction…
Howard Fast: Spartacus
Lindsey Davis: the Course of Honour
Mary Renault: the Praise-Singer, the Last of the Wine, the Mask of Apollo, Fire from Heaven etc
