Every Christopher Moore book has made me laugh out loud. That guy has a bizarrely unique sense of humor.
“Where’d You Go, Bernadette?”, by Maria Semple, who was one of the original Arrested Development writers.
“The Rook (One Her Majesty’s Secret Supernatural Service)”, by Daniel O’Malley – very well-written with an utterly ridiculous Men In Black tone.

Small Miracles by Olivia Atwater
I really loved it, it’s a romantic comedy about a fallen angel having to tempt a sinless mortal.
Nothing to see here by Kevin Wielson
About two children that can spontaneously combust. It was very quirky and funny.

The early ones of Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum series. #13 made me laugh so hard that people moved away from me on the train.

As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride by Cary Elwes. If you’ve seen the movie you might like this. If you’re an audiobook listener I highly recommend that because you hear most of the cast doing their own excerpts. It’s very nostalgic and wholesome.
