If you need a book, one called “how to accomplish goals,” or something.
But you’ll get just as much from a YouTube video. Accomplishing goals and persistence is a state of mind. Desire for more. It can’t be found in a book. A book is just another excuse, when you could be doing the thing.

Having trouble finishing tasks could be a sign of adhd. Emphasis on the could. Otherwise I’ve found writing by stoic philosophers, particularly Epictetus, has helped me increase my stick-with-it-ness.
