I have maybe.. a weird request. My husband works in private security. He picks up contracts that are mostly overseas, and is away for work a few weeks at a time. I don’t know a lot about his job and it varies depending on what assignment he picks up but sometimes it’s protection work.
Are there any romance books that involve bodyguards? (Or similar to what I described)
I love to read, but i’ve never read much in the romance genre. I’ve also admittedly never read smut. I don’t know where to start. I would like the writing to have some quality to it though. As in, I rather there be tension and build up .. to pages of sex descriptions while the plot barely hangs on. I think that would get boring for me.
Please send me recs, or point me in the right direction!! All my daydream plots are stale! I want to fantasize about my husband while he’s away.
