I just finished reading The Bee Sting and it has really sat with me. The characters were so strikingly detailed and lived in, the metaphor on climate change so clever and subtle. It’s a novel that I know will stick in my brain for a long time, but I’m hungry for the next. I’m not typically into the “Family Novel”, but I might be rethinking that now. Anyway, I’m looking for recommendations that might be similar to this and I would enjoy. Any ideas?
