Self-love book by a woman Buddhist author

I’m trying to find this book that I read a while back but that I forgot the name of on self-love. I think the author is an Australian woman who turned Buddhist later on in life but i’m not sure. The book has around 100 pages jf i remember correctly. The cover is predominantly red. Does anyone have any idea what the title might be?
