Hi everyone,
As a student researcher of health and wellness technologies, I always seek to expand my knowledge of those domains. Having recently enjoyed Michael Pollan’s “How to Change Your Mind” and James Nestor’s “Breath,” I’m looking forward to reading something similar soon. Does anyone have any recommendations for something nonfiction that’s science/health/wellness/future/technology-focused? Ideally, I am looking for something written in the past 5 years.
Thanks!
