Hello everyone. I’ve just finished reading the king killer chronicles by Patrick rothfuss and was wondering if there were any equally good books in the same genre of epic/high fantasy. I don’t want anything too light. Part of what I liked about the kkc was the use of dark topics and how rothfuss didn’t back away from them. Any suggestions would be helpful.

The Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson! I read them a few years back, so my memory is pretty murky, but they’re definitely high fantasy, and I don’t think they shy away from issues that are raised within the story.
