    Summary: There’s a few areas in my life where I’ve been feeling demotivated and lacking discipline and really feel like I need a pick me up.

    The main two areas for me are nutrition & my career.

    Two wildly different subject areas so multiple suggestions are appreciated.

    Additional context; I’ve been in a small rut for the last year or so in my career. I’ve been mostly happy outside of work, very physically active, spending lots of time outside, met a lot of new friends, tons of new hobbies, etc. but when it comes to actual work, it’s an absolute dread and I’m basically doing the bare minimum every day. I’m lacking a lot of motivation and discipline which is new territory for me given I’ve been labeled as a “high performer” my whole career.

    The same goes for my nutrition. I eat mostly healthy but am a loose cannon when it comes to eating out at restaurants or when I’m feeling lazy and order takeout.

    I’d love a good book or two to get me back on track in these areas.
