HI all, just came across these books and I’m wondering which is better read? South, straight form the horses mouth, or Shackleton by Ranulph Fiennes?
I know I can read both, but I’m wondering which to start with? I’m probably not gonna read them back to back, so in case I don’t end up coming back to the second one, I’d like to read the better of the two first.
I am guessing South would be better and Shackleton can actually describe the terror of what it was like being there, But Fiennes version might offer more insight into the other adventures that were also on the expedition.
