Hey!
I would really appreciate some book suggestions with a strong female main character. Mentally but also physically. I watched a Tiktok were someone wrote a pov out of a book and it’s kinda the same thing I’m looking for.
Here is the text from the TikTok:
“When the female mc is walking into the battlefield […] & daggers in both her hands with a manic smile on her face as she drenches herself in the blood of her enemies (while the love interest watches in awe).”
It doesn’t necessarily have to be in the same setting.
(If there is a love interest I would prefer wlw but it’s not an requirement!)

I think you’d like Empress by Karen Miller (Book 1 of the Godspeaker trilogy). There is a scene in it that very closely resembles what you described. It’s rough though.
Edit: by rough I don’t mean “bad quality.” It’s more that the world is so brutal, and the MC becomes so emotionally broken by an early betrayal that she becomes a single-minded religious fanatic killing machine seemingly incapable of love.
If you’re okay with a *strategist* rather than a warrior, you may also like The Traitor Baru Cormorant.
You may like The Poppy War; even though I disliked the third act and it had shocking sexual violence in it (Empress has a bit too, but not this bad), but it seems beloved by others.
Lastly, it’s on my TBR so I can’t speak to quality, but She Who Became The Sun looks like it might fit what you’re looking for.
