    So im into reading books and i love reading but i never tried reading a self-development book because i found it as hard to get through. However, ive recently entered university and went through a phase and i realized i wanted to focus more on my self-confidence and growth etc… I tried doing some research on tiktok about what books i should start with and found these:
    the strength in our scars,
    everything youll ever need,
    this is how you heal,
    a gentle reminder,
    the mountain is you,
    dont f*cking panic,
    the pivot year,
    101 essays to change the way you think
    (keeping in mind that i want something thats a constant read and not a sentence-per-day read)
    which one do you recommend the most?
