    hey readers, i need help!

i’m looking for books with good characters and settings that have a good twist at the end.

i just finished the only one left by riley sager, and while i do think it was a little chaotic at the end, i actually really liked it. i found it really easy to picture the house and its creepiness, along with the characters.

i know this one gets a lot of hate but i loved the twist at the end of the silent patient, and for those of you who think it’s a bad read, please tell me what you’ve read that makes you think that!!! i want to read it!!

other books i’ve liked or loved include

    the maid – nita prose,
home before dark – riley sager,
    greenwich park – katherine faulkner,
the woman in the library – sulari gentill,
    verity – colleen hoover,
    dream house – marzia bisognin

Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino

This book was insane. I literally pooped my pants that’s how good it was.

    2. Those People by Louise Candlish— I can’t recommend it enough, it’s twisty and has an extra surprise at the end, extremely satisfying. Her characters are always excellent.

The Killer Next Door by Alex Marwood made me a fan of hers. She got me to really care about the characters, so their peril really mattered to me.

    3. Since you mentioned Riley Sager, I really like Last Time I Lied. I also liked the twist in Rock, Paper Scissors by Alice Feeney. Some of my other recent thrillers I’ve read and enjoyed: Hunting Party and Guest List, both by Lucy Foley, In My Dreams I Hold a Knife by Ashley Winstead and the Coworker by Freida McFadden.
