All over the internet there’s talk about how Amazon is allowing sellers list fake copies of books. But what I’m saying here, and it’s something I suspected for a while, Amazon themselves are doing this. They’re selling fake copies of books and, no, I don’t mean the print on demand service but listing of books that are supposed to be printed by the publishers. I recently bought two books from the Oxford series “A Very Short Introduction” from Amazon and they looked kinda fake. After buying another book from the series from a bookstore, my doubts are almost confirmed. The bookstore is simply too different and, I must say, of better quality. I’m sharing photos of the books in a comment below. What do you guys think?
