I’ve read a lot of books that describe emotions and what I consider a little bit of a corny way such as she felt like a broken glass and similar metaphors like that then I’ve also read some Stephen King books, where he will compare emotions to real life objects, which sometimes I like, and other times I feel like this is not done well and I’m looking for something different someone who is really good at explaining authentic emotions, and just to get an idea of different writing styles. I’m fine with classics and would even prefer them even if they are a little bit of old English. I heard that Frankenstein actually describes human emotions pretty well.
