I’m a pretty big WWI history buff, I think the story of the Harlem Hellfighters is awesome. I just ordered the graphic novel of the same name by Max Brooks, looking forward to reading it.
Anyhow, I’m very interested in my country’s most decorated unit of that war. I’d really like to learn more. What I’m looking for specifically is something written by a veteran of that unit. If it doesn’t exist, well that sucks. But I’d still be interested in some suggestions. There’s quite a bit out there that I’ve seen on Amazon but I’m curious what some of your favorites are
