Modern, character driven

Hi all! Basically the title.

Looking for modern (2010ish and newer) character driven books that includes touches of romance/relationships (though I don’t want to read something solely focused on romance) and makes you think and really feel something.

I recently read tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow and enjoyed it, but am looking for something that goes even deeper. I also really like Norwegian wood and Pachinko.
