I get in my own head alot, sometimes I have arguments that don’t happen or I preemptively prepare for one because I feel the need to defend myself. Even with stuff I shouldn’t even be responding to. It leads to me being very angry, agitated and I really wanna work on myself in that way.
I watch cinemima therapy sometimes and he recommends books occasionally so I wanted to give it a try.
I’ll also take other suggestions on book that you think have helped you grow.
