I rate very few books 5 star and have noticed a trend in a specific genre.
They are:
Piranesi
House in the Cerulean Sea
Lapvona
Ofc I read all genres, but I really like this one specifically. Is there a name for this? I suppose fantasy, but not in the same way as ACOTAR/Iron Flame.
Can folks recommend other books in this genre that come to mind?
Would also love to hear thoughts on if y’all also like this genre and why? I can’t articulate it.
