I’ve been looking for an apocalyptic or post apocalyptic book resulting from hell. Looking for something based more on religious hell/demons/Satan rather than a fictitious society’s demons. I liked the Demon cycle series by Peter v Brett but it was more monsters and not western demons.
Darren shan demonata series was very good and fairly close to what I’m looking for.
Mel Odom made the book adaptation of hell gate London and it’s spot on with what I want. Really wish there were more books.
The video game doom eternal also has the story line I’m looking for.
I’m a big Warhammer fan but I think while it’s based on the war in heaven it’s a bit lost on the hell part, it is more chaos.
Any suggestions?
