Hello guys,
These days I have absolutely nothing else to do other than reading, reading and keep reading.
Currently I’m reading multiple self help books.
What I’ve found is, the self help books which are highly popular don’t interest me.
I’m just skimming through them or just flipping the pages after reading a couple of sentences.
Whereas I’m liking the books which are not ‘so famous’ e.g. Darius Foroux’s Do it today, Nick Trenton’s Stop Overthinking
What could be the reason?
Is it because these authors are from a relatively younger generation and they connect with the young readers well?
Is it because they don’t use highly decorative English words?
Whatever be the reason, I really liked these two books.
I hope you got the gist.
Can you please recommend some self-help books like these two?
I’ve heard that Midnight Library also falls under the same bracket. (even if it’s a fiction)
Is it true?
