I need an adventure and fantasy book

I need a medieval or ancient style adventure book, that has the typical spirit of adventure from years ago. Game of Thrones would not be an option, it is not about adventures. I need something Willow style, that kind of fantastic adventures with soul. I want to read something that recreates the feeling I had as a child when, for example, I watched Indiana Jones. A real adventure.

But if you don’t know any set in that era, I don’t care what era it is set in.
