Just read a tale of two cities and Wuthering Heights from oxford university press books and its odd that both these books are extremely short, less than a hundred pages when both books appear to be like +400 pages books in goodreads.
Are these books like summaries? They were pretty straightforward and quick reads but i dont know if i missed on any important stuff from reading the full books (if these are summaries, i didnt know that i just found them at a second hand bookstore)

If you provide cover images or isbn numbers it would likely be easier to tell you. They could be summaries or the could be abridged copies.
If they are less than 100 pages, they are almost certainly not the full text of the books.
What do the copyright pages say?
Here’s the publisher’s [page for Wuthering Heights](https://global.oup.com/academic/product/wuthering-heights-9780198834786?q=wuthering%20heights&lang=en&cc=us). They specify that it should have 416 pages. If that isn’t the cover you have, or the page count doesn’t match, you’ve got some other version, not Oxford University Press.
Here’s the [page for Two Cities](https://global.oup.com/academic/product/a-tale-of-two-cities-9780199536238?q=tale%20of%20two%20cities&lang=en&cc=us), 560 pages.
