I’m looking for a book that includes humor as well as emotional scenes that mainly revolves around family of choice. Preferably without romance, but that’s not a deal breaker. I dont read many books these days (trying to get back into the habit) but when I was younger I really liked Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Peter and the Starcatchers, and the How to Train Your Dragon books, if that helps narrow down style.
