Suggest me a romance(subplot is fine as long as romance is something that occurs with main character) book where the love interest has the personality of Gale Dekarios? Doesn’t need to be fantasy like Baldurs Gate 3, I’m good with any genre. I also don’t care about genders of the couple.
Essentially, a misunderstood comedic relief character.

• good-hearted but not afraid of sarcasm
• smart(kinda arrogant about it)
• gives 2nd hand embarrassment cuz he loves to talk a lot
• even tho he’s arrogant and talks highly of himself, he’s insecure about himself and wants ppl to care abt him
