I, being a woman in 20s, heard of the book. I have been reading it, it was highly recommened, and reviews speak of the themes of womanhood, alienation and everything that a woman faces in urban scenario, very mundane. My life is mundane, i hoped to relate to it, but everytime I read it, I keep on looking when does it end? why does it feel so boring to me, even when i am supposed to like it? is it because of the translation? but again people who have read the translated work really love it, why do i fail to see the greatness in the work?
