Hello, I was looking to see if anyone could help me find a book where the Protagonist was a powerful mage or archmage like figure. A character who already has power and experience, rather than that slow progression to becoming powerful that most stories often possess.

I don’t have any suggestions but this premise sounds really interesting. Makes me think of Invoker from the Warcraft.
