I have been in a slump for over a year now and struggled to get into any books. I really used to love reading though so I want a really good book to help me. In the past I have enjoyed Cassandra Clare books, Bridget Collins and JK Rowling. However since I read these books I have grown up and now feel like they are a little too childish for me (apart from Bridget Collins). As you can imagine I like a good fantasy book. I also love a bit of romance in them. I also struggle with getting bored reading books quite a lot, such as when I read The Secret History, I found it really difficult and tedious as it was quite slow paced. Can someone recommend me a fantasy romance book that is perhaps a little faster paced to get me back into reading? Preferably an adult book.
