Recently, I read No Country For Old Men, Blood Meridian, and Fight Club. I’m not the fastest or most engaged reader, but these books had me really interested. I found that these books had some of the most interesting characters that I had read. Judge Holden, The Kid, The Narrator, Tyler Durden, and Anton Chigurh were all amazing characters that really pulled me deeper into the story and encouraged me to keep reading. I’m looking for a book that has these kinds of characters. Also, there was something similar about these three books that really kept me engaged but I can’t pinpoint what it was. Any suggestions?
