A book where the “heroine” is slowly losing her vision/power/hearing and her party doesn’t know until it’s too late. Somehow she doesn’t let it effect her until either she almost dies or she almost loses a party member and she has to continue on her journey after her team realizes by asking her why she didn’t respond/help herself. I want a few of them to not believe her or not trust that this is actually happening to her because of them being jealous/disliking/not believing it would happen to the “Heroine”. I also would also not mind her going off on her own or being kicked out of the party, figuring out what is happening to her, trying to navigate without them for the first time in a long time on her own.
(I wouldn’t mind a bit of romance down the road but I do prefer the self discovery aspect. Revenge is always on the table and regret from the party as well. I love medieval/fantasy like books so I’d prefer something one that doesn’t take place in a modern setting)
I wouldn’t mind if it were a Graphic novel.
