Something that helps you understand yourself, healing, shadow work. I struggle with anxiety and depression. Have CPTSD, hypochondria, anxiety, BPD, and I recently lost my grandmother who played a huge part in my fucked upbringing.
I know I need a therapist, but I’m without car and without health insurance atm. Maybe if I find a good book on self reflection, healing it could help, the disdain I’ve been feeling. Honestly not even sure if this is the right place to ask or what. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I got a 30-day free trial from Audible!

The bar you always wanted to find works on the principle that shared pain is lessened, shared joy increased.
