I’m looking for a non-fiction, self-help-type book about how to work on comparing yourself and your life to others.
I’ve seen suggestions for books that are more about not caring what others think, but I’m looking for something that addresses the feeling of ‘Everyone has it better than me, things never work out for me and I’m jealous of others.’ It’s always been an issue for me but getting worse in my 20s, ha.
Thanks in advance!

No one else has it as good as it may seem. Delete social media or just use it to talk to the people you see in real life or completely anonymous internet peeps. Enjoy your health while you got it (hoping you do). Everything else is minutia.
