Books about rebuilding civilization after an apocalypse

I’m not so much interested in the actual apocalyptic event, there are a myriad of books about that… it’s all the rage these days, it seems. I’m more interested in reading about the survivors and how they rebuild society. I would prefer nothing supernatural and want as much realism as possible. For example, I’m reading Wayward by Chuck Wendig (after reading the first book, Wanderers) and it’s pretty much exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks in advance!
