I’m into fiction and I’m tired of every autistic character being a white male, pissing their pants 24/7 and having absolutely no empathy. It would be awesome if you guys know any fictional books that have characters who are autistic women or autistic POC. Im also cool with any autistic characters who are white males as long as they don’t have harmful stereotypes.

If you’re cool with romance the Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang is the best autism rep I’ve come across (although sadly there doesn’t seem to be much out there). The story itself was something I’d usually read as I’m not into romance, but the rep was genuinely good and the author is autistic which I think helped a lot.
