Hello, I am trying to do the “Book from Every Country” challenge and am having a hard time finding something for North Korea. Can anyone recommend North Korean authors? Fiction or non-fiction. The author must either be North Korean or have spent a considerable amount of time there (10+ years).
I have read *Without You There is No Us* by Suki Kim, but she’s South Korean-American and only spent like 2-3 weeks there so I’m not counting that book, even though it’s about North Korea.
