Looking for a mature, realistic and complicated book on romance

Hey guys, I’m looking for a romance book that has very little cheese and is grounded in reality (some characteristics mentioned on the title).

I am fairly new to reading so I’m not able to give you examples but here are some movies/shows I enjoyed that might offer some examples – Normal people, Manchester by the Sea, La La Land and Marriage Story.

I do enjoy a bit of a sad touch to it and do not mind if the couple does not end up together in the end. Preferably, I’d like as little s\*x scenes as possible.
