Hey any know any books with rock and roll influence
I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense but can’t seem to find a book with a story that’s heavily based around rock not really looking like a biography type of thing either so if y’all have any recommendations please let me know 🙂
Daisy jones and the six by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Fleetwood Mac inspired. It’s written in interview format so it’s like reading a vh1 behind the scenes doc. Then there’s a series of it on Amazon prime
PlasticPalm on
Jennifer Egan, A Visit from the Goon Squad

Utopia Avenue by David Mitchell is all about the creation of a band and how they keep it together (or fail to). more of a fusion band than pure rock, and it’s set in 60s rock scene rather than modern, but if you’re interested in inter-band politics and creative impulse and touring and music as a business, this has all that.
