A well written fantasy series

TLDR: Well-written fantasy series suggestion.

Hi everyone!
A few days ago, I had a craving for a good fantasy series so I started reading the Dresden files , thinking that the books would be somewhat like Harry Potter, however I was a little disappointed. The writing, I feel is not the best in those books. I ended up re-reading the Harry Potter books and enjoyed that a lot more.

I wish you to recommend me some good fantasy book series with very good writing, a bit of humor as well will be appreciated. May or may not be related to magic.

I have read quite a few fantasy series, so here are a few for your reference –

1. The first law series – LOVED IT, something along the lines of this maybe.
2. Complete Cosmere (Sanderson) – I have read all the series in this.
3. Hunger games
4. The maze runner
5. The Lumatere Chronicles
6. LOTR
7. GOT
8. Wheel of time
9. And a few more that I don’t remember
