Please could you suggest me a book where someone is starting over and reinventing themselves in their 30s or 40s? I’m looking for something with someone who moves away, starts a new job, starts a new life.. anything along those lines.
I’m 34 and I’ve just gone on a break from work with stress. I feel really lost and I’m struggling with depression. I think I might want to take a new path, but I feel like I’ve wasted my 20s (chronic ill health) and as a result I’m really late to finding myself and sorting out my life. I’d love a book that brings comfort. I’ve read ‘There’s No Such Thing as ab Easy Job’ and also, ‘The Midnight Library’ – loved both of these

No book recommendations but came here to say I didn’t really start my life until my early 30’s. Plenty of time to go at it again!
