    Hey everyone,

    I’m looking to take my habits to the next level! I’ve been working on building some good routines, but I feel like I could be pushing myself further. Ideally, I’d like to find a book that teaches strategies for progressively increasing the difficulty of a habit as I get better at it.

    Anyone have any recommendations for books that cover this concept?
