I’m looking for a very specific type of horror similar to the staircase in the woods/search and rescue story on r/nosleep. I like horror with weird and unexplainable anomalies that leaves the reader completely confused and wondering what could possibly happen next. There’s no predictability, only a continuation of strange events that leave you creeped out and wondering if this is natural or supernatural.
