I have a serious problem where I am an english major in college and Speaking truthfully, I don’t read nearly as much as I should.The problem is I find reading to be a chore, but I love writing. I understand pretty well that the more you read, the better you write, so I need stuff that can keep my interest, So my monkey brain can learn how to love reading. Recommend me books reddit, stuff that’s digestible. Not necessarily quick, but not something that’s gonna require multiple readings to understand. I’m trying to get through blood marine right now and i’m in hell because it’s so difficult to understand sometimes i’ve had similar problems with virginia woolf and Dostoyevsky. I gotta work my way there. HALP
Side note. Books I like in the past are the giver, tuck everlasting, a farewell to arms (tuff to get thru tho), berserk(not a book but it’s writing), the hobbit/ lord of the rings series.
