Anyone know of a book with (a) significantly muscular trans person (or people)?

Preferably (a) prominent character(s). Extra points of it’s written by a trans person. Preferably not superheroes but I could accept it.

P.S. Please also describe some of the style of the book and a little of the content (without spoilers).
