I know this is real weird but it would be a massive help. I need booms that at least somwhat near the start ( can be a little bit into the book ) have massive lists, like a list of names in them.
This isn’t super important but if anyone knows anything that would help. BTW I don’t give one if the books good or not.

Most editions of War & Peace by Tolstoy start with an extensive character list. And Gargantua & Pantagruel by Rabelais is full of long, weird and wacky lists, not necessarily near the beginning, though.
The bible has this. Long lists of who begot whom. Old Testament
The list isn’t that long because it’s a relatively small cast, but Gideon the Ninth starts with a character list.
Not sure if this matches what you’re looking for, but In Memoriam by Alice Winn has – at the end of most chapters – a news article with a long list of dead soldiers, including sometimes known characters. (It takes place during WW1)
My copy of *Battle Royale* has a one-page list of the class – all 42 names – at the beginning.
The later *Horus Heresy* and *The Siege of Terra* novels have long dramatis personae.
Borges’s catalogue of Chinese animals is good (in a short story).
Ammonite by Nicola Griffith has a really long character list at the start, as well as a glossary at the back. The first edition of this book does not have those.
