I loved shogun, dune series, and asoif series so something similar would be great but preferably not as long.
In addition to that I liked siddhartha and Damian by Hesse, Bluebeard by Vonnegut and song of Achilles by Miller.
Looking for maybe more historical or fantasy fiction. Preferably lighter than darker.
