Looking for a (any) book in which the Main Character has a close call/accident and it makes them rethink their life/go to church for the first time/etc, and thereby meets their love interest.

I’m not looking for a specific book, but this idea just popped into my head and now I’d like to read a book featuring this kind of scenario/trope.
The book doesn’t strictly have to be Christian romance, but often a close call gives people a wake up call or drives them to church.
