Hi all, please suggest me a book that takes place in LA. Might be moving there soon and would like to read some fiction that takes place there!

Light from uncommon stars by Ryka Aoki
Mind of my mind by Octavia Butler
The Pisces by Melissa Broder is set on the west side; Animal by Lisa Taddeo is set in Topanga (very dark book, but in the realm of the aforementioned titles!); Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin has a big chunk in LA.
Jonathan Kellerman’s Alex Delaware series
The Bosch series takes place there and extensively maps out LA.
