I’m searching for book suggestions about how businesses can become more data-driven, that really focus on the practical side of making these changes work with the company’s culture and processes.

In my company we’re focused on improving our data and technology, but it’s clear that the program is very much focused on improving the data and tech itself, that it seems people are almost forgetting that the end goal is to create a situation in which we as a whole are able to make better decisions. It seems like we’re so focused on data and tech that we might be forgetting about the importance of building a culture that knows how to use these tools effectively.

I’m hoping to find books that give clear advice on how to blend new technology with changes in our company’s culture and processes. I’m especially interested in books that explain specific processes and strategies for building more awareness, capability and changing processes and culture in this type of transformation. Specifically, also other things we can do than ‘give employees training on how to optimize decisions using data’.

If you have any book recommendations that cover these topics and offer practical tips, I’d really appreciate your suggestions.
